Catherine E. Golden
Ms. Golden’s practice focuses on toxic tort, catastrophic personal injury, intentional torts, habitability and construction defect matters. She has represented numerous multinational corporations and public entities with a focus on litigation. She has tried cases in various counties in state court and litigated federal matters.
Ms. Golden has been appointed as an arbitrator and settlement conference panelist for the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts. She is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Golden earned her B.A. degree from San Francisco State University and her J.D. from Golden Gate University. During and after law school, Ms. Golden was a law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. She enjoys all sports but especially baseball.
