Christine Reed is a shareholder and has been an attorney with Low, Ball & Lynch since 2003. She practices civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, construction defect and general liability. Ms. Reed's employment practice focuses on counseling and representing clients in matters involving employment discrimination and harassment claims. Ms. Reed is a regular presenter of the two hour harassment training most employers must provide to their supervisors.
Her practice areas also include personal injury, premises liability, construction defect defense, drug/alcohol rehabilitation facilities and public entity representation. She is admitted to practice in the State of California, before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of the Federal Courts. Ms. Reed is a regular presenter at and organizer of Low, Ball and Lynch seminars, as well as for various claims associations and for clients and carriers.
