Tom LoSavio manages the Business Advice and Litigation Group of Low, Ball & Lynch. Mr. LoSavio received his A.B. from Harvard College and his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley.

From 1994 to 2000, he was a Faculty Member of the Hastings College of the Law, College of Advocacy, Business Litigation Institute which annually presented an intensive trial skills training program for commercial litigators. He is a former Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement attorney with 40 years experience in business and commercial disputes.

In addition to Mr. LoSavio's experience in business and employment law disputes, he specializes in Federal and state administrative proceedings and Federal court jurisdiction. Mr. LoSavio has been a mediator and arbitrator in federal and state business disputes since 1978.
