David L. Blinn
Mr. Blinn is a native Californian, born in Santa Barbara and living most of his life in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., 1983) and from the Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D., 1986), where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts.
Mr. Blinn is a member of The State Bar of California, as well as the San Mateo County Bar Association, the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel and the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association.
Chester A. Moore
Chet Moore, a native San Franciscan, and Hastings graduate, is admitted to the California and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Mateo County Bar Association, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the Defense Research Institute, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Raymond Coates was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1967. Graduated from the University of San Francisco undergraduate and law schools and served as a research assistant to the San Mateo County Superior Court prior to joining Low Ball and Lynch in 1968, where he actively practiced until his retirement in 2010.
He served as President of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada in 1998 and the California Defense Counsel in 2002. He is a member of the State Bar of California, San Mateo County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
His practice consists of civil trials, appellate practice, and insurance coverage litigation.

David B. Lynch
DAVID B. LYNCH the name shareholder of Low, Ball & Lynch. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1957 and received an LL.B. degree in 1960 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. He was an Associate Editor and contributing author of the California Law Review from 1958-60, and Associate Counsel, California State Senate Judiciary Committee from 1960-61. He was admitted to the California bar in January 1961 and served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1961-63.
Mr. Lynch is a member of the State Bar of California (1961-present); Defense Seminar Association of San Francisco (President, 1985); Northern California Association of Defense Counsel (President, 1987); American Board of Trial Advocates (1969-present); California Defense Counsel (President in 1996); Defense Research Institute and Trial Lawyers Association (Northern California Regional Chairman 1990-present). Mr. Lynch was President of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 1995. The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national organization of trial attorneys.
