Linda Meyer is a trial attorney with both jury trial and bench trial experience. She has a diverse litigation practice, and she specializes in public entity litigation, with an emphasis in public transit. Her private sector litigation practice includes premises liability, product liability, commercial transportation, and construction defect litigation.
Ms. Meyer has earned an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and she has served as a superior court settlement panelist and arbitrator. She received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, San Francisco. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of California at Berkeley, and California State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has been with Low, Ball & Lynch for over 28 years, and she has established long-standing client relationships based on effective advocacy.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Meyer has provided pro bono legal services as a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, and she is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and the Defense Research Institute.
Ms. Meyer is admitted to practice in the State of California, before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Northern and Eastern Districts of the United States Federal Courts.
